Welcome to the fourth edition of the GREEN TWEETS

Green Tweets in blue today. Our topics usually revolve around digital signage – screens, software, and services for modern communication.
This time, however, we would like to broaden our perspective: Because we are at the CMS Berlin, the leading trade fair for cleaning, management and services
In this issue, we show how digital cleaning and digital signage will work even more closely together in the future.
HISTORY: SSD - SOFTWARE
Attentive readers will surely have noticed that our sister company has a new name: the previous name has become SSD Software GmbH.
This new name clearly clarifies what the company is all about—namely, software for smart service displays. The proven core product, "Check Me Now," will, of course, remain unchanged and will be continuously and vigorously developed further. With this renaming, we want to communicate our clear focus on digital service solutions even more clearly and place greater emphasis on our future orientation.
We are very much looking forward to our shared future prospects and to continued successful, trusting cooperation with customers, partners, and all those involved who are on this journey with us.
TRADE FAIR VISIT: IMPRESSIONS FROM BERLIN
CMS Berlin is the leading international trade fair for cleaning, management, and services – this year, once again, demonstrates the extent to which the industry is digitizing. For us, the trade fair is the platform to showcase the role of digital solutions in employee communication. The Digital Notice Board is at the center of it.
The response from many decision-makers, who see this as a response to the shortage of skilled workers, cost pressure, and transparency, is fascinating. Many visitors reported that traditional communication channels are reaching their limits and the need for efficient, reliable, modern solutions is greater than ever.
The discussions make it clear: digitalization is no longer viewed solely as a technical project, but as a strategic success factor. The key is not just making information available, but also creating trust and motivation. The Digital Bulletin Board is seen as a symbol of this change—a platform that simplifies processes and strengthens dialogue between companies and employees.
The CMS shows that digital employee communication is no longer a marginal issue, but a key success factor for the future.

INFORMATIVE. UP-TO-DATE. TRANSPARENT: LARGE CURRENT AT OUR TRADE FAIR STAND
Our presence at CMS isn't going unnoticed! We're focusing more on a topic that's gaining increasing importance: the digital bulletin board for employees.
Internal communication is a particular challenge in the cleaning industry. Many employees work remotely, frequently change locations, and have irregular hours. Information from the company often reaches them too late.
Traditional noticeboards or circulars have little impact. The digital bulletin board offers a solution: It delivers news, works council information, and safety instructions directly to where teams are working or taking a break – up-to-date, multilingual, and reliable.
The trade fair will demonstrate how practical this solution truly is. Visitors can experience firsthand how easily content can be centrally imported and how quickly information is available at every location. The ability to flexibly adapt the layout to the specific company is particularly appreciated. Many recognize that a digital bulletin board not only saves costs on printing and distribution but also boosts employee motivation because everyone is informed equally – regardless of their location or shift time.
What impressed visitors to the CMS was the combination of simplicity and usefulness. Content can be created centrally and displayed immediately on the displays. This makes communication faster and more transparent. Many confirmed to us that paper notices are no longer up-to-date and fail to meet expectations. Employees today expect the same simplicity they are used to in their private lives – up-to-date information at any time.
That's why our digital bulletin board is resonating so well. It's sophisticated, easy to use, and delivers immediate improvements. Discussions at the trade fair demonstrate: The time for digital employee information is now.

CLICK & PICK
Our digital advertising screen with integrated brochure holder combines the best of both worlds: Eye-catching, moving content immediately captures your customers' attention – and right next to it, interested parties can pick up printed flyers, price lists, or brochures.
The result is a modern, professional infopoint system that not only informs but also invites visitors to take something with them. Ideal for entrance areas, showrooms, trade fairs, and retail spaces.

INFORMATIVE: SYNERGY
The combination of digital signage and digital services opens up new opportunities for companies to optimize processes and improve communication. Digital signage makes content visible, engaging, and instantly available. Digital services such as cleaning on demand, employee feedback, or sensor analysis provide the relevant data.
It's the combination that makes the difference: Information doesn't arise in isolation, but is automatically visible. A feedback message or fill level sensor immediately becomes a clear message on the display. Employees and customers receive exactly the information they need at the moment. This creates efficient communication that avoids delays, creates transparency, makes processes understandable, reduces costs, and motivates teams.
The association is therefore more than just technology – it is the key to a smart, networked organization.

EMPLOYEES
In keeping with the occasion, here's a group photo from Berlin today! The atmosphere at CMS is fantastic – lots of exciting impressions, good conversations, and new ideas. Our team is not only successful, but also having a lot of fun.

VISITORS/EXHIBITORS: INTERNATIONAL DIALOGUE
This year, CMS Berlin is once again a meeting place for an international audience of professionals. Visitors from all over Europe turned the trade fair into a showcase for global developments in the cleaning and service industry. For Greenbird, it's the ideal opportunity to actively seek—and find—exchange across national borders.
The exchange with competitors is also interesting. Many interested parties take the opportunity to describe their challenges. This clearly shows that questions about efficiency, sustainability, and digitalization are relevant everywhere – regardless of the market.
The diversity of perspectives is particularly enriching: from strictly regulated companies to agile service providers. For us, CMS demonstrates that innovation arises where perspectives converge and new ideas emerge. Furthermore, the trade fair offers a valuable platform to present our solutions and receive direct feedback.
This gives us important inspiration for the further development of our products and services.

“A good trade fair presence turns visitors into ambassadors – not through brochures that end up in the trash, but through stories that stick in their minds.”
Susanne Peterka in her motivational speech to her team
